These programs have been developed, tested and improved over the last fifteen years. They are easy-to-understand, easy-to-use and do not require any financial or accounting background and only require basic personal computer skills. This software is designed for the "Rest of Us" who are NOT just accountants or financial professionals. The Templates described below will help anyone lay the strongest possible foundation for a new or existing business and help keep those nightmares away.  All of our software was designed so that it contains everything you need to operate them.  There is no need to pour over manuals or complicated instructions.  Detailed instructions can be found within each program.  You can be up and running each program within minutes.  Of course, they can also make financial professionals work just a bit easier.

   The UTILITY PROGRAM SERIES of software programs work with Microsoft Office 2000 or higher and were designed primarily for use by individuals, small to medium sized businesses owners/hopefuls AND anyone who regularly advises these types of businesses.  Each of the programs concentrate on JUST ONE area of specialty and has a single purpose.  They all are simple and easy-to-use and do NOT require any financial or accounting background. They are lightening quick programs and are small enough that they can be emailed to you in less than 12 hours, upon our receipt of your payment.  Each one of them takes only about 5-10 minutes to complete its operation and generate helpful schedules, tables, charts, graphs and tables. (Note If you buy more than three programs at a time, then we will have to send you multiple emails because of the size. Many email servers have a size limit of 5MB or less.)

The ANALYZER SERIES of software programs work with Microsoft Office 2000 or higher to work properly.  They are more sophisticated than the Utility programs and take up more hard disk space.  They were designed for use by individuals, small to medium sized business owners AND financial professionals such as consultants, business advisors, lenders, credit analysts, loan brokers, small business development companies, accountants and business managers.  Each program allows anyone to conduct a different kind of analysis. They work well with BOTH new and existing businesses. These programs are being used by numerous consulting companies, community banks, small business development companies, financial advisors and company managers to help analyze an existing business and/or develop comprehensive financial projections OR a combination of both. They can become powerful management and/or analytical tools that can help point out strengths and weaknesses in most businesses.  Since these programs are to large for an email, they must be mailed.  They are assembled on a customized CD, designed especially for you.

The PROFESSIONAL SERIES of software programs work with Microsoft Office 2000 or higher to work properly.  These programs are much more complex and may require someone with a high level of financial expertise.  They were designed PRIMARILY for use by financial professional such as consultants, business advisors, lenders, credit analysts, loan brokers, small business development companies, accountants and business managers who help small to medium sized business owners.  Each program allows anyone to conduct a different kind of analysis. They work well with BOTH new and existing businesses. These programs are being used by numerous consulting companies, community banks, small business development companies, financial advisors and company managers to help analyze an existing business and/or develop comprehensive financial projections OR a combination of both. They can become powerful management and/or analytical tools that can help point out strengths and weaknesses in most businesses.  Since these programs are far to large for an email so they must be mailed.  They are assembled on a customized CD, designed especially for you. Business Consultant Pro was designed PRIMARILY for use by financial professionals.
